A Sushi Masterclass, 12.03.2014.

12.03.2014. A few decades ago most people in Latvia had a mere hunch about the traditional Japanese food - sushi, and only few had tasted it. Over years sushi has become more available in Latvia and currently is rather popular in parties and holidays. To understand preparation of this tasty food, Latvian language learning was carried out during the parents` and childrens` creative workshop and sushi class. The project is co-financed by the European Union.
