In search of solutions to make it faster and easier for migrant women to enter the labor market, society Safe House Shelter and its partner FEMXA FORMACION in Spain have launched the project WIN - Women in Need *.
The project will collect information on the habits and needs of migrant women and develop a mobile application based on the information gathered. The app will help such vulnerable groups as migrant women to access a variety of useful information.
In turn, training on how to use the new application will increase the level of knowledge of project participants in working with digital tools. Digital skills and the ability to get the information you need quickly are a key factor in succeeding in today`s job market, and that is exactly the aim of the project WIN - Women in Need.
Gathering information has already begun to develop the most useful support resource possible - a mobile app. Currently, the association "Shelter" Safe House "" is conducting a survey on women`s daily habits when working with digital devices. The survey is available in English, Russian and Spanish. Click here to fill it out.
