Asian Culture Festival 2016

On 10 September 2016 in Riga Congress Hall, Asian Culture Festival 2016 took place, organised by Asian Culture Exchange Centre “Madas” and RigaFest. During the Festival, one could relish the cultures of India, China, Japan, Thailand, Korea, Turkey, Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, Nepal, and other Asian countries. The Festival had volunteers from the association “Shelter ‘Safe House’” which introduced each curious visitor to the project “Information Centre for Immigrants” and the services it provides for non-member country citizens. The project “Information Centre for Immigrants” co-financed by the European Union within the framework of the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund.Grant Agreement No.PMIF/12/2016/1/1.
