Dinner by Candlelight, April 16

On April 16, the first of four activities of the cycle of events organized by volunteers within the framework of the project “Diverse Solutions for Public Education and Integration 3” was held in the premises of the society. On this evening, volunteers of the society met young third-country nationals living in Latvia to become acquainted and learn more about each people`s culture and experience in Latvia in a non-formal atmosphere. During the dinner, it was possible to enjoy “comfort food” dishes from Latvia, Turkey, Syria and other countries prepared by the participants. The project is co-financed by the European Union. Implementation of the project "Diverse Solutions for Public Education and Integration 3" is co-financed by the European Fund for the Integration of Third-Country Nationals (75%) and state budget (25%).
