Information Centre for Immigrants (ICI) operates in Riga and in the four regions of Latvia – in Liepaja, Jelgava, Daugavpils and Cesis – for over a year. It offers assistance to people of various nationalities, who have come to Latvia from countries outside the European Union, and provides information and assistance to specialists working with immigrants. Activities of the information centre are ensured and developed by the Society "Shelter "Safe House"".
