One of the participants Leino Tāramē says that the main benefit from this training has been the opportunity to hear others’ opinions, motivation and favours. “Most of the participants were not bored which shows how significant the subject is. I am glad that the contents of the training were well planned and balanced. A very positive two-way communication took place” says Leino.
During the project Diverse Solutions for Public Awareness and Integration three volunteer training sessions will take place to educate at least 20 volunteers from Riga, Olaine and Liepāja.
The next trainig on Conflict and Time Management will take place on March 17, 2013.
