In 8th podcast of the Information Centre for Newcomers we meet two experienced lawyers, Gita Miruškina from Latvia and Natalia Soldatova from Ukraine.
Gita works for the association "Shelter "Safe House"", while Natalya had arrived in Latvia at the time of the interview and was working for the "I Want to Help Refugees" movement.
Their conversation focused on human trafficking and its prevention in Latvia and Ukraine. We will learn what to look out for when applying for a job, what to do and where to turn if you suspect labour exploitation or other forms of human trafficking.
