Seminar-discussion in Liepāja, 14.06.

On 14 June 2016 in Liepāja a seminar-discussion “Refugees: in Latvia and the World” took place. The purpose of the seminar-discussion was to broaden the knowledge of various municipal institution professionals, locals, and the general public about current processes in migration, refugee shelters, and issues in Latvia regarding accepting and integrating refugees and persons with an alternative status. During the event, asylum seekers from the asylum seeker accommodation centre “Mucenieki” had the opportunity to acquire knowledge about the infrastructure in Liepāja.
