The Afternoon of Ukrainian Culture

On 25 August this year the Afternoon of Ukrainian Culture took place at the Children and Youth Initiatives` Centre in Ane parish, Ozolnieki municipality. It gathered representatives of six cultures eager to learn about the Ukrainian culture and traditions. The event was organised by the Ukrainians living in the municipality and employees and volunteers of the Regional Point of Contact for Zemgale of Information Centre for Immigrants (ICI). “Information Centre for Immigrants” is implemented within the framework of the Asylum, Migration and Integration Fund and is co-funded by the European Union. Activities of the Information Centre are ensured and developed by the Society “Shelter “Safe House””. Grant agreement No. PMIF/12/2016/1/1.
